Pre-Wedding Prep Guide​

Please provide us with the full location details including address and information on parking / any access instructions on the day

Due to the amount of kit we will have with us, it is important we can get access as close to the venue / specific room as possible you will be getting ready in so please notify the venue and us asap as to where the best entrance will be

Whilst we do bring our own stools, lighting and all the necessities, it is convenient to have a section in the room dedicated for us to work in with good lighting
TIMELINE & SCHEDULE ​​

Firstly, we will provide you with the time of our arrival so that you know what time to expect us and be ready for

Secondly, we will the provide you with precise times of who we will be doing and in what order

As a guide, each service can take between 30/45mins each depending on the look

To help us keep to this schedule, please make sure there are always two people available to be ready next in the chair

We aim to have the whole party ready 1 hour before the ceremony - this allows additional time for top-ups, photographs and any other accessories that may have been requested

How to be prepare beforehand​

Ensure your whole bride tribe wash and dry their hair the day before the wedding

Try not to use any strong products including dry shampoo or hairspray

Have clean, moisturised skin (no SPF) before make up is ready to be applied

Wear a button up or loose neck top

Have final look / inspiration pictures ready

Veil / any hair accessories ready)
On the day tips​​

Try to keep your room as tidy as possible - this one is so important, not just from a safety point of view to avoid any incidents happening on the morning of your big day but as the photographers and videographers will be capturing the moments you get ready, the last thing you want in the background is a messy bedroom!

To ensure that you remain as calm and stress free as possible, we would recommend that you limit numbers in the room whilst we are getting you ready - whilst we appreciate you will have certain family members and friends that will want to come in and see you, we would encourage you to wait until you are ready

​Stay hydrated and eat! Make sure to have some light nutritious foods nearby and avoid drinking alcohol too early

Get comfortable and relax - have a playlist of your favourite songs ready to get you in the mood and start the celebrations early!

trials
​​All trials take place in our salon and are encouraged to be booked in 3-4 months prior to your wedding date to ensure availability. We ask you to come prepared with photographs, any accessories and your veil. The trials will follow a similar time and format to your day to give you an idea of how it will go but less formal of course! Before you leave we make sure you're made fully aware of the format and timings for the day along with answering any questions you may have. Please note, while we would love to host your whole bridal party, trials are provided as a priority for the bride but only subject to availability for other members of the bridal party. Please also note that as our salon is very busy and only small, space is limited and therefore cannot accommodate for guests to come with you to the trial. ​​

Once we have confirmed your date, we require 50% of the total to be paid upfront to secure your booking. Please note that this is non-refundable and your booking will only be officially confirmed once we are in receipt of this as deposit. Due to such a high demand, we are unable to keep any dates in the diary reserved until deposits are paid.
​Remainder of the balance must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.
